What this site is

Before the Cart publishes opinion and general information about consumer products. It is an independent publication. It is not a shop, it does not sell anything, and it does not process payments.

How purchases work

We are not the seller. When you follow a link from this site and buy something, your contract is with that seller or that marketplace, not with us. They take the payment, they deliver the product, they handle tax, and they decide refunds under their own policy.

That means questions about an order, a charge, a delivery, a cancellation or a refund have to go to the company you actually bought from. We have no access to your order and no ability to change it. We will gladly point you to the right place.
